I can't say enough nice things about Lisa. From the first phone call to closing on the sale she was wonderful. She made sure she was familiar with similar homes in the neighborhood and her predictions were right on target. She is very hardworking and extremely honest. She didn't push us to make unnecessary improvements but made sure we did what we needed to. If a similar home was holding an open house she quickly arranged one at the same time for our property. She guided us in responding to inspection findings and again, knew her business well. It's clear that Lisa approaches her work very professionally and with years of experience to help guide her clients. On top of that, she's very nice.

Lisa was a wonderful realtor. She jumped right in and helped us at every step of our process of selling our home. She made suggestions, got in touch with people to help us fix up our house, and even went above and beyond and picked up a couple of items at Home Depot for us, when we couldn't get there in time. I feel very lucky I met Lisa kind of by serendipity. My dad had a friend who introduced me to her and after she had an idea of what I needed in terms of location, cost, family situation ... she matched me up perfectly with a family who was selling their home and hadn't yet put it on the market. She helped me get an idea of the pros and cons of the house and the type of improvements it might need to spruce it up. Of course, before all of that, she also spent time showing me similar houses in which I expressed interest to determine if I was making the right decision. I confident I was making the right decision after the whole thing was said and done.
